Civic Tech for Electoral Integrity - Latin America
Open-source tools for election observation, results verification, and disinformation tracking, deployed across multiple Latin American electoral cycles.
AScope of work
The Foundation seeks proposals to strengthen last-mile maternal referral systems across four East African countries. Successful applicants will design, deploy, and operate referral logistics — community-level danger-sign recognition through facility arrival — with a measurable reduction in obstetric “golden-hour” delay.
Proposals should demonstrate operational presence in target districts, technical depth in emergency obstetric care, and a track record of partnership with national MoHs.
BEligibility
- Registered NGO, INGO, or research institution with at least 5 years of operational history.
- Demonstrated experience implementing maternal health programmes at facility or system level.
- Operational presence in at least 2 of the 4 priority countries.
- Annual operating budget of $1M or more in each of the past 3 years.
- Verification level: Registration-document verified or higher.
